building and external yards with retaining walls on the land with total area of 4 dunums.

The main building is consisting of three floors with total area 1400 meter square.

Pricing

The costing process based upon past experience for the contractor. The pricing for each element of unit was different from each other, some units were priced according to the area, others were priced according to the number of units.

Total cost of project calculated using Primavera project is (386,622.5) The profit percentage is 10% (since project like this depend on labor so the risk is high)

days) added to the end of project depending on rainy days and the beginning and finishing of the activities affected by rainfall.
