DUTY SCHEDULING SCHEME
PROPOSAL
INTRODUCTION

• The Regional Mobile Force Battalion 4A (RMFB) is the vanguard


operating unit of Police Regional Office - CALABARZON in the
fight of all forms of criminality in the region;
• The unit tasked to conduct internal security operations and counter-
terrorism operations, respond to crisis situation which extends
beyond the capability of the Police Provincial Offices and conduct
rescue and relief operations anywhere in the region
OBJECTIVES

1. To determine the impact of Privileged passes as unwritten policy of


the RMFB4A;
2. To assess if it gives either positive or negative effect to RMFB4A
PNCO personnel;
3. To determine how PNP personnel effectively work in the
observance of privileged pass; and
4. To develop Duty Scheduling Scheme.
