CONNECT HEADSET AND RUN AUDIO SETUP WIZARD

 Headset is best connected before you start your browser.


 If this is your first time, run Meeting > Audio Setup Wizard.
INSTRUCTOR MUST ENABLE MICROPHONE FIRST!
 Adobe Connect always starts without enabling students to speak.
 Instructor must enable microphone for all students first. If you do
not see the microphone icon next to the word Meeting at the top of
the screen, it means your instructor is not in the room. Just wait for
her to show up and enable microphone rights.
 After your instructor enables your mics, you can click on the
microphone button or type Ctrl-M to mute or unmute yourself.

Students can run “Audio Setup Wizard” any time without microphone rights.
SELECT MICROPHONE/CONNECT AUDIO
 After the instructor enables microphone, students will get a microphone button.
Select the mic you want to use and connect your audio as shown below.

1. Select your headset.

2. Connect your audio.


ADOBE CONNECT (STUDENT VIEW)
WEBCAM BUTTON
 Controls webcam operations. Students don’t
have this unless the instructor enables it.
PARTICIPANT STATUS BUTTON
 Obvious functions.
