arrangement of people to achieve a

characteristics:
People: An organization cannot function without its
people.
Structure: An organization develops a structure under
which employees do their work.
Purpose: An organization expresses its purpose through
its goals and objectives.

risk and uncertainty for the aim of achieving
profit and growth by finding considerable
opportunities and by assembling the needed
resources to exploit them.
