Satyams Poly Trade Link Pvt. Ltd. Is a small privately
owned company which has made a name for itself in the
list of top suppliers of fabric glue in India. The supplier
company is located in Surat, Gujarat and is one of the

leading sellers of listed products. The company is listed
in Trade India's list of verified sellers offering supreme
quality of Low Price Fabric Glue Cone etc. The Brand
Name provides the services such as Glue Cone, Textile
Colour, Texcron Pigment Emulsion, Fluorescent
Powder, Cold Stamping Foil, Glitter Powders,
Pigment Powder which comes under and serves
at Garment , Textile Industry.

Layout problems
 Material Movement

Initially the factory layout was kind of orthodox placement to place filling
machine and weighing machine which involved high material movement
which is a kind of non-value add activity during production phase.
Tried to implement cellular layout to tackle these problems.

 Rigorous checking

There were few customer complaints regarding the weight of chemical in

few parcels. So mandatory evaluation was implemented that all parcel will
be weighed before delivery
