ABSTRACT
The effect of Covid-19 which has a tremendous impact on all sectors of life, so that all government policies are directed at limiting activities
that must be followed by all ministries, including the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud), namely the limitation of face-to-face
activities in educational institutions by conducting the learning process. from home. Online learning that has been carried out for a relatively
long time is starting to be feared to have a negative effect on the psychosocial of students, so alternative solutions are needed to minimize this
negative influence. The innovation made by the teacher is implementing Hybrid Learning to maximize learning carried out during the Covid-
19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the aim of describing Hybrid Learning implemented in SD Negeri 200301
and the problems experienced and their solutions. The results of this study, there are several stages carried out by the teacher in the
implementation of Hybrid Learning, including: first, the planning stage. At this stage, several things were carried out, namely: socialization of
distance learning to parents, formation of associations for each parallel class, division of small groups of students, manufacture of learning
tools; second, the implementation stage. At this stage Hybrid Learning is carried out with a combination of online learning and face-to-face
learning carried out in groups at the students' homes; third, the evaluation or assessment stage is carried out by giving test and non-test
questions. Problems in Hybrid learning include: technological literacy skills that are not maximized; limited time, lack of awareness from
students and some parents to maximize their learning assistance. The solution given is to provide maximum assistance related to digital
literacy so that learning carried out in the future is more leverage.

b. Stages of Evaluation or Learning Assessment

The learning evaluation stage implemented by the teacher in the evaluation process or

assessment, obtained through practical tests, projects and portfolios.
