PROJECT DETAILS

Joint venture of Aljabar, Aktor, Yapi Merkezi, STFA and

Larsen & Toubro.
 
Doha Metro is part of the Qatar Integrated Railways
Program (QIRP). The Gold Line underground section of the
network runs East/West through the heart of Doha City,
starting to the East at Airport City and continuing through Al
Sharq, Doha Souq, Msheireb and Al Adhawaa, before
following both Al Sadd Street and Al Waab Street to the
West of Doha and terminating at Sports City in the Aspire
Zone. The scope of work will include the design and
construction of all civil engineering and building work for
this section.
SCOPE OF WORK
 To solve the coordination issue and guide the BIM modeler to make the shop drawings from
LOD 300.
 Coordinating with all discipline and site.
 Deliver the MEP shop drawings to site for construction.
 Preparing calculation and reports.
 To attend technical and site coordination meeting regarding update and further requirement.
PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT
 Reviewing the model and document sheets.
 Project planning for the submission dates and tracking shop drawing schedule.
 Giving inputs to team members each discipline.
 Sharing knowledge to team members to prepare the new services and details rooms.
 Making check list for each services and instructing to follow the same team members.
 Giving training to team members to meet the target and time frame.
 Analyzing team members capabilities and helping to improve them setbacks.
 Preparation of Mechanical builders work drawing, modeling and shop drawings & CSD layouts.
 Monitor the team members task sheets.
 To feeding asset data each element based on approved material.
 Coordinating specialist contractor for ,Lift, Escalators, MSI Tray to incorporate the same in model
and shop drawings.
 Preparation of actual material dimension into details rooms layouts such as Chiller Room, Pump
Room & AHU Room
 Coordinating with all other MEP service, Architect, structural & inertial design.
 Finding solution with site team for complicated areas.
 Rising query and RFI’s using adequate documents. 3D snap and relevant IFC drawings prepared.
