Observations
1. Horticulture Plantation :

• Selection of beneficiary through Gram sabha. Only needy & interested

persons to be selected.
• Selection of fruit crop species as per the choice of beneficiary keeping in
view of the feasibility of location.
• Workshops should be conducted to the beneficiaries through a subject
specialists to impart technical guidance and complete on cultivation
practices before for the start of the work itself.
• Soil testing to be made compulsory
• Periodical consultation of the Fruit crops for every 6 months by
Horticulture specialists to observe the condition of the fruit crops.
2. Desilting of MI tanks :

• Bench cutting, Breaking of Clods & Sectioning of bunds followed by layer

by layer Compaction is very much important.
• Side slopes dressing & Maintenance of Bund slopes is required.
• Proper Inlet & Outlet structures to be maintained.

3. Check Dams : Downstream side aprons to avoid scouring of the main

structure.
4. Avenue Plantation :
• Coordination between the neighbouring villages to ensure contiguous
stretch of Plantation without any gap at roadside stretch located near
village boundaries.
• HDPE Tree guards are not permissible.
• Tree guards made of Bamboo/ Brushwood/ thorny bush material should
be allowed.
5. Block Plantation in RoFR lands:
• Appreciated the work & it should be documented after 6 months.
• As Mango cultivation is done on slopes, contour bunding can be taken up to
check soil erosion
6. Diversity in asset creation shall be ensured in every village/ cluster of villages
by taking up more varieties of works that are both individual & community in
nature.
7. Wide range of works like NADEP compost/ Vermi Compost units with
segregation sheds, Cattle sheds etc. should be taken up for effective utilization
of MGNREG scheme.
8. Comprehensive approach in individual based works by planning different works
to a single eligible beneficiary for sustainable income to the household is
required.
9. Cluster level federations under NRLM to be promoted and individual benefits can
be given to the eligible SHG beneficiaries.
10. The upper limit for the individual benefit is Rs.2 lakhs per beneficiary that
can be reapproved by the State Government.
11.Others :
• The estimates should be prepared for actual quantity and inflated
estimates should not be allowed.
• Threshing Floor in individual lands not permissible
• Women mate system to be improved & wherever there are more than
20 Wage seekers, attendance to be sent through NMMS.
• Information boards to be installed for all the works
• Area Officers app to be made use of for effective inspection of
MGNREGS worksites.
• Prepare technical training manuals
• Proper training to technical staff
• Measurement deviations to be properly checked and controlled

MoRD Team Observations
1. Diversification of works – GP as a Unit:

 Project-wise GP కి కనీసం రెండు రెండు చొప్పున works takeup చేయాలి. ఒకే

Project లో ఎక్కువ Works వద్దు .
 Labour intensive works మీద దృష్టి పెట్టా లి.
 Next year ఎవరు వచ్చినా ప్రతీ గ్రామపంచాయతీ లోనూ different works చూపించ
గలగాలి.
 Permissible works list పట్టు కుని గ్రామ పంచాయతీ లో కూర్చుని ప్రతీ work నీ
టిక్ (√) లేదా ఇంటూ (x) పెట్టు కుంటూ పోతే చాలా కొత్త పనులు వస్తా యి.
 ఈ సారి ప్లా నింగ్ మొత్తం ఇదే ప్రాతిపదిక మీద జరగాలి.
2. Quality Aspects:

 Estimate తయారు చేసే ముందు TA తప్పనిసరిగా work place చూసి దాని ప్రకారం అవసరమైన
మేరకే Estimate వేయాలి. Inflated estimates ఉండకూడదు. ఈ విషయములో TA, EC
లను బాధ్యులను చెయ్యబోతున్నాం.

 ఏ పని చేస్తు న్నామో ఆ పనికి క్వాలిటీ పరంగా అవసరమైన టాస్క్ లు తప్పని సరిగా చేయాలి.

 ఈ అంశాల మీద జిల్లా స్థా యిలో PD, Addl PD లు అవసరమైతే QC Staff సహాయం తీసుకుని
సవివరంగా trainings ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.

3. Susceptible Measurements:

 ప్రతీ పనీ చేసేటప్పుడు ఆ పనికి అవసరమైన కొలతలు ఖచ్చితంగా పాటించాలి.

 పొడవు, వెడల్పు, లోతులు ఆ పనికి టాస్క్ వారీగా సరిపడేట్టు ఉండాలి.

 ఉదా: STs, Tanks Desiltation, BTs etc.,

 ఒక పనికి ఎస్టిమేట్ వేసి ఇంకో పని చేయకూడదు.

 ఉదా: STs WATs, Field Channels Feeder Channels

 < 5% slope లో STs etc.,

 M.Book లో recording తప్పనిసరిగా గ్రూప్ వారీగా LBD లు నమోదు చేయాలి.

 పై వాటిలో ఏమాత్రం తేడా వచ్చినా ఇకపై TA, EC లను బాధ్యులను చేసి చర్యలు తీసుకో బడతాయి.
4. GGI Parameters:

 GGI Parameters కి జిల్లా స్థా యిలో Addl.PD, క్లస్టరు స్థా యిలో APD నోడల్ అధికారి.

 ప్రతీ పనీ ప్రారంభం కాగానే Work File ప్రారంభించాలి. Basic Documents అయిన గ్రామ సభ
తీర్మానం, ఎస్టిమేట్, Admin Sanction Copy, WCL work file లో ప్రారంభం లోనే పెట్టా లి.

 Admin Sanction Copy పంచాయతే వారీగా, పనుల వారీగా వచ్చేట్టు Addl PD బాధ్యత
తీసుకోవాలి.

 Work site Board మొదటి పేమెంట్ తో పాటు generate చేసి కట్టించాలి. పలకలు పనికిరావు.
ఖచ్చితంగా Brick Masonry తోనే చేయించాలి.

 APD వారి క్లస్టరు స్థా యిలో ప్రతీ నెలా ఆఖరు వారంలో పై అంశాలన్నీ జరుగుతున్నట్టు మండలాల
వారీగా సర్టిఫికేట్ ఇవ్వాలి.

 ఇకనుండి GGI Parameters విషయంలో క్లస్టరు స్థా యిలో APD, జిల్లా స్థా యిలో Addl.PD
5. 60 : 40 Ratio:

 Mandal Plan generate చేసేటప్పుడు Wage Vs Material 60:40 ఉండేటట్టు తప్పనిసరిగా

చూసుకోవాలి.

 Admin Sanction కి పంపేముందు Addl PD లు ఈ అంశాన్ని గమనించాలి.

 ITDA ఏరియాల్లో Culverts, BT Roads లాంటి పనులు వచ్చేట్టు చూసుకుని Wage Vs

Material maintain అయ్యే విధంగా చూసుకోవాలి.
