Period 1 – Tuning into the sound अं
The teacher will begin the class by introducing the sounds and introduce अं to the
students through picture provocation. The teacher can ask the students how many
words do they remember and write in n/b.
Period 2 – Tuning into ‘ँ’
The teacher will begin the class through picture provocation and introduce the sound
‘ँ’ to the students. Teacher will explain the difference between both the sounds and
students an write the words in the notebook.
Period 3 – (Extra) Teachers will play the Bingo game taking recap of the sound matras
and students can write it down in reflection sheets.
Period 4 – Spell Bee and janamshtami
Teacher can introduce the importance of janamshtami (the same can be picked up
in the circle time after discussing it with the HRTs)
