PLOT

 The musical from Walt Disney

 Animation Studios follows the
adventures of a young woman who finds
her own voice and forges her own
identity. She chooses to be a forward-
thinking leader of her people on her own
terms, rather than a stereotypical princess
in need of rescue, which the film
acknowledges in amusingly knowing
fashion. She has both the wisdom to
respect her people’s traditions and the
bravery to blaze her own trail toward the
future.

UN SUSTAİNABLE DEVELOPMENT
GOALS (GOAL 5)
 GENDER EQUALİTY
 ACHİEVE GENDER EQUALİTY AND EMPOWER ALL WOMEN AND
GİRLS.
 The main reason i connect goal 5 with this animations theme is
that it breaks sterotypes. In disney princess movies we usually
see a princess that in the need of help , wanted to be saved or
waiting for their handsome prince. But in this movie we see a
whole different plot and a theme. Moana saves her island with
her talents and braveness without a need of a prince or a love
interest. This movie teach young girls that they can achieve any
goal they want to achieve by theirselfs.
