•THE SECURITY AGENCY:
HYDRO VISION SECURITY AGENCY (HVSA) is a duly registered and licensed security provider by the
PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE-SUPERVISORY OFFICE FOR SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCIES (PSA-
R-05-165424-2032) with base operations in the Region V and expanded deployments the Southern Tagalog, and other
parts of the Philippines. From a humble beginning in 2003, HVSA has now a fast growing number of satisfied clients
whose security needs are catered through our well- trained, duly licensed and adequately equipped guard personnel
under the management of select and competent security officers.
•MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATION:
The management officers of HVSA are individuals of PNP/Military backgrounds with desirable professional portfolio
and enviable records in life and asset protection business. They are well-selected for their competent management
skills, dedication to work, good standing in the community and vast experiences in various security related fields. For

• GUARD SELECTION:
The selection requirements of our guards are strictly compliant with the prevailing standard established by the PNP-
SOSIA and the standards set by HVSA. They are licensed and certified graduates of reputable Security Training
Institutions and are required to submit authentic NEURO ‑PSYCHIATRIC and DRUG SCREEN TEST results together
with the mandatory clearances from the National Bureau of Investigations. Exhaustive background check of security
personnel is given utmost importance during the pre-hiring process.
In addition, guard applicants are required to pass the Agency standard oral and written pre-hiring tests to qualify for a
30 days probationary period prior to signing of an employment contract.
• GUARD MORALE:
Recognizing the importance of high morale in the efficient delivery of security services, we keep the morale of the
guards in check through timely payment of salaries and other benefits due them. Given equal consideration are just,
equal and humane treatment in
 personnel management. Trainings and promotions to potential Agency Security Officers are open to deserving
guards as part of HVSA career development program
• SUPERVISION:
On top of the rigid trainings, we believe in continuous close supervision of our posted guards to ensure consistency of
quality service to the Client. Our team of 24/7 Field Officers conduct frequent but irregular inspection of the facility to
check on our guards. Frequent dialogues with our clients or their representative are conducted to properly address
arising challenges within the desirable timeline.
For confirmed issues concerning dissatisfactory performance or attitude of deployed guards, HVSA assures you of
guard replacement within twenty fours (24) hours from receipt of complaint and your recommendation for replacement.
• MOBILITY AND COMMUNICATIONS:
To effectively implement continuous monitoring of our deployed guards and to respond to any arising concerns in their
post, we install radio transceivers in each post detachments. Call dispatches are monitored on 24/7 basis for immediate
disposition by the assigned personnel in our office. We have readily available vehicles for the use of our Quick
Response Unit for situations requiring presence of our Agency representatives in our areas of deployment.
• FIREARMS AND COMBAT CAPABILITIES:
The firearms issued to HVSA guards and officers are duly licensed and are compliant with the standards set by the PNP-
SOSIA as regulated by the Firearms and Explosives, Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Unit (FESAGSU). Our Security
Guards are trained in the rudiments of firearms safety and marksmanship to ensure responsible and safe handling of firearms.
They are also trained for proficiency in practical methods of martial arts for unarmed self-defense and arrest procedures.
H. LAW ENFORCEMENT TIE-UPS AND OTHER CAPABILITIES:
As a matter of operational procedure, HVSA maintain active linkages with the different law enforcement units within and
near the areas of our areas of deployments through radio patch ups and constant coordination meetings to ensure immediate
response/assistance in times of contingencies in the client's facilities, and their personal needs.
