Big data analytics, artificial intelligence that uses deep learning, and blockchain
technology. They are highly interrelated: the proliferation of IoT in hospitals and clinics
facilitates the creation of a highly interconnected digital ecosystem, enabling the collection of
real-time data at scale, which can then be used by AI and deep learning systems to understand
healthcare trends, model risk associations, and predict outcomes.

 First, IoT provides a platform that enables public health

agencies to access data to monitor the COVID-19
pandemic.
 Second, big data also provides an opportunity to conduct
virus activity modeling studies and to guide individual
country health care policymakers to improve preparation
for an outbreak.
 Third, digital technology can improve public health
education and communication.China and other
developing countries in Asia, the Middle East and Africa
do not have the tests or resources to accurately
differentiate COVID-19 from the 'common cold'.
