ON JOB TRAINING
WORK OF ORDER
WORKS DURING OJT
During the On Job Training, we get several opportunities from doing checklists and also BIR. The checklist
carried out is to carry out patrol monitoring of equipment from each room's AC, battery voltage, rectifier
voltage, while for BIR, diesel generator testing is carried out, cleaning of the generator and cleaning of
damaged precision AC.
WORKS DURING OJT
We also do the work of changing the fan in the generator room in one of the STOs under CME STO
KEBALEN, and after the analysis there was a problem with one of the outlets that experienced a short which
resulted in the MCB on the generator panel trip.
WORKS DURING OJT
In addition, we also carry out office work. For example, making or re-wiring SLD or Single Line Diagrams
from several STOs under CME STO KEBALEN Surabaya, namely STO LAMONGAN, STO SUKODADO,
STO SEDAYU.
ON JOB TRAINING
ASSESMENT
ASSESSMENT IN OJT
The assessment that we do is to do an analysis and also re-wiring the SLD in the STO
Kebalen, here you can see the SLD on the old STO Kebalen
ASSESSMENT IN OJT
After doing some analysis, we think that the SLD on the STO Kebalen is less
effective because if there is a disturbance in one of the transformers it will result in
a load from the STO Kebalen which will trip and will not be supplied by electricity.
For this reason, additional Wiring is made after the two transformers to connect
them in parallel. therefore we suggest for SLD from STO Kebalen to be like this.
ANALYSIS
ANALYSIS ASSESMENT IN OJT
It can be seen that if we parallel the two transformers but these two transformers do not
connect in the same system for the transformer, we suggest a system switch between
transformers. Where we give a special line that connects the output of the transformer and
we give the ACB of 6.3 kA. When there is a problem with one of the transformers, ATS will
automatically switch the load to the Diesel Generator. At that time we can activate the ACB
manually so that ATS will read PLN back on and turn off the generator automatically. There
we can start repairing or replacing a damaged transformer. That way you can save on the use
of generators.
ANALYSIST ASSESMENT IN OJT
In addition, if we parallel the transformer, it is likely that we have to add capacity in both
transformers because the power that comes out of PLN When full load is used is 2770 kVA,
if we continue to use the same transformer before with a capacity of 1600 kVA it will most
likely not be strong enough to supply all of the transformers load. From our consideration it
is necessary to increase the capacity of the transformer to 3000 kVA as a form of fulfilling
the power supply of the entire system in this Kebalen STO.
