Introduction
A pandemic is characterized as "an epidemic happening around
the world, or over an extremely wide territory, crossing worldwide limits
and typically influencing countless individuals". According to John
Daniel, (2021) the COVID-19 pandemic is a huge test to education
frameworks. This Viewpoint offers direction to instructors, institutional
heads, and authorities on tending to the emergency. In ramping up
ability to teach distantly, schools and universities should take advantage
of asynchronous learning, which works best in digital formats.
This study highlights the impact of Covid-19 on our daily life as
a student of Philippine Christian University, as well as the ways on how
to cope up with it. It emphasizes that the easiest way to cope with this
new learning is to get a healthy start and stay virtually connected with
your friends and family, even though it may not be possible at all times.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
This study was conducted to determine The Impact of
Pandemic Crisis on the Academic Competence and Mental Well-
being of the selected College Students. These problems may
concern about poor study habits, difficulty grasping course
material, Difficulty planning and organizing to complete
assignments or study tasks Inconsistent class attendance,
Academic probation or loss of scholarship. Also these concerns
about student's energy level, concentration, dependability,
mental ability, and optimism, hindering performance.
