INTRODUCTION
CR2 is South Mumbai's first and only SHOPPING MALL-CUM-COMPLEX.

It flaunts some of the biggest international brands, many of which have opened their first
Indian stores at CR2.
The imposing edifice features some of the biggest international names in fashion. INOX, the
Pan-India multiplex operator, has made its foray in Mumbai at CR2.

CONCEPT
● A commercial area, Nariman Point experienced a scarcity of
parking spaces leading to inconvenience and the existing plot
was used as a car park.

● So it was necessary to provide parking for 500 cars apart


from the regular program of a mall, like retail, multiplex, etc.

● CR2 considerably reduced the acute parking problem in the


area by providing a multi storey car park which can
accommodate upto 500 cars in addition to which it can also
accommodate upto 100 two-wheelers.

Parking - Well lit, kept spacious for circulation of cars. The screen allowed us to have a semi-transparent
facade which also provided enough light and ventilation to these parking levels.
