Bullying that takes place online, or using
electronic technology like cell phone, computers,
and tablets over communication tools including
social media sites, text messages, chat, and
websites.
Examples:
•Text messages or emails composed to insult or
demean
•Rumors or false statements spread by email or
posted on social networking sites
•Humiliating videos, photos, websites, or fake
profiles deliberately shared across social media.
COMPUTER ADDICTION
-the excessive use of computers to the
extent that it interferes with the way of
life.
- This excessive use may for instance
interfere:
• work or sleep
• end in problems with social interaction
• Affect mood
• Relationship
CYBER CRIME
- The use of computer as an instrument to further
illegal ends.
- It is a criminal activity or a crime that involves the
internet, a computer system, or a computer
technology
- 10175 or “Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012”
which completely address crimes committed
against and by means of computer system on 12
September 2012.
