Ethics?
Work ethics is known as a transferable or “soft” skill.

It is an inherent attitude that an individual possesses

duties with positive moral values that include

●CASH
 Only authorized parties are allowed to receive Payments.
 All cash (or cash equivalent) should be covered with Official Receipts or
Acknowledgment Receipt.
 Asking for contributions by the Teachers are not allowed. Only the Admin
office is authorized to ask for contributions duly approved and concurred by
PTA & Admin.
 Raising funds, selling items, and any approach to collect money is strictly
prohibited.
 Dishonesty in Cash matters would mean Termination (as defined in Labor
code)

●RECORDS AND
DOCUMENTS
 Attendance, time in-out, health protocol issues, daily performance of the
child (narrative & quantitative) should be properly recorded and kept for
use anytime during complaints, queries of the parents, and DepEd
requirements.
 Submission of Grades and reports must be done every month for summary
after the quarter test ready for the quarterly parent discussion.

 No personal business shall be done inside the school and during school
hours.
 No business shall be done that would be in conflict with the school
offerings.
