LEARNING METHODOLOGY
• The training will essentially be based on self-learning principle
• It is mandatory that the trainees read attentively the basic survey documents
ahead of the webinar presentation to better understand the concepts that are
going to be introduced during the webinar sessions and thereafter be able to
actively contribute to the case studies.
• 3 to 5 full days ahead of the webinar presentations will be necessary to self-study
all the learning materials online on the MoH e-learning platform and when
necessary, do own internet research for additional information.
• The active participation in the 5 days long group discussion is crucial for the
trainees to grasp the methods used to measure and score appropriately the
compliance to the standards in the 5 risks area
Learning outcomes assessment
• A pre-course test will be given after the self-learning period ahead of the
webinar presentation to assess the knowledge level of the trainees (MCQs)
• At the end of each case study (covering 1 risk area) a test will be given
focusing on the understanding on practical accreditation survey issues
• Each case study facilitator will assess the active participation of trainees
(asking questions, answering questions, giving comments, etc.). A marking
sheet and descriptor will be provided to that effect. This will count for 20% of
the theory exam
• Two days following the end of the case studies, a final MCQs examination will
be given (80%).
• The overall pass rate is 80%
