It all began with Shirota-ism

Dr. Minoru Shirota the founder of Yakult, promoted the concept


of preventive medicine about 80 years ago. Expounding the
importance of preventing diseases,
Dr. Shirota believed that good health depends on a strong
intestine (which absorbs nutrients). He proclaimed that
“A healthy intestine leads to a long life.”

 1.Bakit kailangang uminom ng Yakult araw-araw?


 Kailangan uminom ng Yakult araw-araw upang makasiguro sa patuloy na pananatili
ng mga mabubuting bakterya sa loob ng ating bituka at maiwasan ang problemang
maidudulot ng hindi wastong pagkain, stress, pag-inom ng antibayotiko at iba pang
problema sa tiyan. Sa ganitong paraan, ang regular na pag-inom ng Yakult ay
nakakatulong upang mapanatiling balanse ang ating intestinal flora. 
 2. Kinakailangan pa rin bang uminom ng Yakult kahit na nasa mabuting kalusugan
?
 Opo, sa kadahilanang madaling bumaba ang pagkabalanse ng ating intestinal flora
sanhi ng stress , pagkapagod o pagkakaroon ng sakit . Ang palagiang pag-inom ng Yakult
ay makatutulong upang mapabuti ang kalusugan ng isang tao. Ang mga katangian ng
“LCS” ay ang mga sumusunod : (1) Upang mapanatiling marami ang mabubuting

3. Ilang bote ng Yakult ang maaring inumin ng isang tao kada araw ?
Ang isang bote ng Yakult ay nagtataglay ng mahigit kumulang sa 8 bilyong
buhay na “LCS”. Ito ay sapat sa pang araw-araw nating pangangailangan ng
mabubuting bakterya upang mapanatiling normal ang ating intestinal flora.
Ngunit kung ang isang tao ay kagagaling lamang sa sakit o sobrang pagod, ang
dami ng mabubuting bakterya sa kanyang bituka ay bumababa. Sa ganitong
paraan, makabubuting uminom ng mas maraming Yakult upang manumbalik
ang nawalang mabubuting bakterya .
 
4. Puwede bang uminom ng Yakult ang mga taong may diabetes?
Ang taglay na asukal ng Yakult ay kaunti lamang, na kahit na ang isang
diabetiko na hindi gaanong pinagbabawalan sa kanyang diyeta ay maipapayong
uminom.Ngunit sa mga taong may malalang kaso ng diabetes, mas
makabubuting sumangguni muna sa inyong doktor bago uminom ng Yakult.
5. Anong oras pinakamainam uminom ng Yakult ?
Ang Yakult ay maaaring inumin anumang oras naisin. Ngunit mas lalong
makabubuti kung ito ay iinumin pagkatapos kumain kung saan mas mababa na
ang asim ng tiyan. Ang mababang acidity sa ating tiyan ay makatutulong upang

6. Ang Yakult ba ay para lamang sa mga bata ?

 12. Maaari bang uminom ng Yakult ang mga taong may Lactose
Intolerance?
 Ang Lactose intolerance ay isang sakit na sanhi ng mababang lebel o
kakulangan ng lactose – isang enzyme na ginagamit para sa lactose hydrolysis sa
loob ng bituka.Sa ganitong sitwasyon, makabubuting piliin ang mga gatas na
dapat inumin. Ang gatas na ginagamit sa Yakult ay skimmed milk. Ang skimmed
milk ay isang uri ng gatas na madaling matunaw kung kaya’t maaari itong
inumin ng taong may lactose intolerance.

13. Ang Yakult ba ay nakasisira ng nigipin ?
Hindi po, dahil ang “LCS” ay hindi nagbibigay ng dextran, isang sanhi ng
pagkasira ng ngipin. Ang pagkasira ng ngipin ay sanhi ng “streptococcus mutans”na
nagdudulot ng “mucus dextran” .Kalimitan itong nakukuha sa diet sugar. Ang
dextran ay pumapasok sa “dental enamel”na nagreresulta ng pagkasira ng ngipin.
 
14. Nakabubuti bang uminom ng Yakult ang mga taong umiinom ng
antibayotiko?
Ang pag-inom ng antibayotiko ay napatunayang epektibo sa mga pasyenteng
dumaraan sa antibiotic therapy. Ngunit, sa ganitong sitwasyon, nagagambala nito
ang intestinal flora. Kaya mas nararapat lamang uminom ng Yakult upang
manumbalik ang nawalang mabubuting bakterya sa ating bituka matapos ang
mahabang paggagamot.
15. Ano ang nagdudulot ng maasim na lasa ng Yakult ?
Ang maasim na ating nalalasahan sa Yakult ay dulot ng Lactic
acid. Hindi masama ang Lactic acid, sa katunayan ito ay mabuti

Ang isang bote ng Yakult (80 ml) ay sapat na sa isang araw na pangangailangan para

na dami na kayang inumin ng isang tao sa isang inuman. Ang pagbubukas sarado ng produkto
ay hindi makatutulong dahil maaaring mahaluan ng ibang bakterya ang Yakult na magiging
dahilan ng pagkasira ng tiyan. Subalit, maaaring uminom ng higit sa isang bote kung nanaisin.
2. Paano Kung walang sapat na pambili ang customer?
Hindi ino-obliga ng Yakult Lady na umorder ang customer kung wala itong pambili.
Ngunit mahalagang maipaalam sa mga tao ang kahalagahang naidudulot ng mabubuting

5. Bakit hindi puwedeng magbigay ng diskwento ang mga Yakult Lady?
Ang kumpanya ay may itinakdang presyo .Kapalit ng halaga ng Yakult ang
serbisyong makapaghatid ng produkto sa sa inyong pintuan kahit na sa isang bote
lamang. Ito rin ang magandang pagkakataon upang maipaliwanag ang kahalagahan
ng produkto.

6. Bakit walang ibang flavor ng Yakult ?
