• Oil and grease is separate out.
• Sludge is collect in separate well and send to belt press COD 500 mg/L to 600 mg/L
filter.
• They used vibrator screen to reduce water content. BOD 110 mg/L to 130 mg/L
• Water comes from belt press filter is again add to
primary clarifier and compressed sludge is used to TSS 70 mg/L to 78 mg/L
manufacture fruit and egg trey, packaging material.
AERATION TANK:-

• 1 no aeration tank =(80m x 40m x 3.3m) 8 Nos of surface aerator ,50hp each
• Retention time of aeration tank is 20hrs.
• Foam is generated due to presences of alkalinity and caustic.
• Presence of algae on launder and pier of aerator which indicate the nutrient
concentration.
• Presence of thick foam indicate less D.O ,less pH, less F/M ratio and presence of
filamentous bacteria.
• Maintain MLVSS between 3000mg/L to 3500mg/L by recirculating second clarifier
sludge.

• Supernatant is collected in tank for reuse.
• Whole sludge is recirculates to the aeration.

• 3 pumps are provided for irrigation approx. 800ha land.


• 1 pump is used to supply treated water to different
manufacturing units.
• Excess water discharge into Ghoda nala.
