    Other activities

    1. Weekly newsletter: Inputs were collected from all territory trainers and material was put together after proof reading and
    formatting of the content.
    2. Buzz magazine: Monthly training updates specific to UAE and general article along with book and movies
    recommendations relevant to managers and store colleagues were the main contents in the L&D section.
    3. Content creation (Caption placement and editing): Certain videos were edited by placing Arabic translations on
    contents to support training for Arabic speaking store members.
    4. Content and methodology research for various training programs: An article on “Omnichannel retailing” was drafted
    to support content creation for future trainings.
    5. Store Visit: 1 store visit was conducted (accompanying an L&D member) to analyze the maintenance of the store and
    knowledge of the store colleagues. Further, attended yellow day (accompanying an L&D member) to take part in store
    activities.
    6. Certifications: Over 100 certificates were made for learners who completed vendor trainings, got certified in learning-on-
    the go reports and PSEs.

    Last 3 months..
    3 months ago, I was offered a role as an intern. Today, as I am preparing this presentation for my
    certificate for successfully completing the internship, I took a quick walk through a whole lot of
    experiences and learning I acquired without any prior preparations.
    Everyday offered new challenges that I learned to tackle smoothly. During that process, I
    developed certain hard skills and phoned a range of soft skills.
    Finally, I thank my team for always being supportive and encouraging in every step of the way. I
    would specially like to thank Alishia Chandy for being a great mentor and guide during my term in
    Babyshop. She is a leader who inspired me in ways that I will always take along in the long run.
