NU COMMUNITY PROGRAM PROPOSAL
Background
1. Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) is one of the largest Islamic organization in the world with a total membership of 91.2 million in 2019 (LSI Survey) that also manages Islamic Boarding
Schools, Schools, Colleges and Hospital. As well as organizing the community to help improve the quality of life of Muslims
2. Smartfren and NU have been had “PKS / MoU”as Kartu Ummat product since 2012 (CDMA Era) but need to modify to adopt with current condition
3. Digitalization era with 4G is opportunity for Smartfren & NU to optimized the partnership
4. All Opsel were having PKS with NU which difficult focus on distribution
Objective
5. To get approval for new scheme business model with NU
6. To get new Subscribers acquisition from NU Community to support achieving BP 2023 target
Strategy
7. Engagement with DPW, DPC & their Institution for distribution and acquisition NU member on those area
8. Create NU special product & intensive
9. Leverage SDS team to direct engage with local NU Organization
10. Implement integrated action with Regional Team, Distributor, Product, Brand Com, & Distribution Journey to ensure immediate acquisition
