Under this program Relationship Officers & Team Leaders will earn points known as ‘credits’ with
every lac of disbursement made.
12000+ Reward Catalogue; Offers Platform with 18000+ offers from various top online and offline
brands; Biggest Partner Network with 120 Brands across 8000+ physical stores for redemption of
the earned credits.

Bonus Credits
Bonus credits will be given for growth in performance on a quarter to quarter basis. Higher the percentage of
growth in disbursement value over previous quarter, higher would be the number of credits.

These additional credits can be redeemed only after 6 months from the date of credit.
Vintage credits are applicable to both ROs & Team Leaders.
The start date of Vintage credits is April, 2017.
Bonus Category Credits
Along with other credits the RO will also earn the bonus category credits. The bonus credit will depend on the
jump in the category of the RO over previous quarter. This will be not be applicable if any RO remains in the
same category of 'Starter'.

TYPES OF CREDITS – TEAM LEADER
A Team Leader will be allotted 10% of the total credits earned by his team in a quarter. Vintage credits will be
allotted as per tenure served by Team leader with the Company

Assuming a TL in CAT A location is more than 1 year old in the system. His team earned the following credits
during the year

Total credits 124227 12423
The credits earned during a quarter can be redeemed in Q+2 only. For example,
the credits earned for Q1 (Apr-June), will be available for redemption in the month
of October only i.e., beginning of Q3.
APPLICABLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Achiever’s Club is offered to ROs & TLs who are engaged in soliciting
customers for availing housing & non- housing loans.
2. Category up-gradation/down gradation will be done on the basis of disbursal in
every quarter.
3. All credits for the Player, Challenger & Achiever category are valid for the entire
tenure served with the company. The Starter category credits will expire in case no
up-gradation is observed for three quarters in a row.
4. For ROs who have not disbursed any loans in 3 consecutive months, all the
unredeemed credits shall be forfeited by the Company.
5. For TL joining in middle of a quarter, the enrolment to the program will be done in
subsequent quarter only.
6. For RO promoted as TL in the middle of a quarter, enrolment as a TL will be done in
subsequent quarter only.
7. These credits are on disbursement value excluding insurance.

8. The Company has right to reject the application made to the loyalty program enrolment if
the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility criteria as specified in the program document.
9. The credits earned under this program cannot be sold or transferred by members at any
point of time.
10. These credits can be exchanged for awards or benefits offered under this program only.
12. Any fractional credits earned will be rounded off to the nearest integer. Ex: if the RO
earns 130.8 credits it will be rounded off to 131.
13. The loyalty program is designed with a long term perspective. However, in case, due to
any reason the program is terminated, team will be informed 3 months in advance to
enable them to redeem their earned credits.
