New Guidelines on Mental Health at Work
The World Health Organisation published new guidelines on mental health at
work which outlines the workers’ right to a safe and healthy workplace, and
employers’ responsibility to take action and improve mental health by:  
• Preventing exposure to psychosocial risks through reshaping work
environments and implementing effective organisational interventions. 
• Protecting and promoting mental health and wellbeing at work through
education and training. 
• Supporting people with mental health conditions with initiatives that help
them participate and thrive at work.

Mental Health First Aid
Qualifications

The First Aid for Mental Health courses are fully recognised by official SCQF and RQF
educational awarding bodies and have a particular workplace focus.
The First Aid for Mental Health (Levels 1, 2 & 3) and First Aid for Youth Mental Health
are designed to suit the training needs at every level within the organisation.
Participants can attend these qualification courses remotely by working at their own
pace on our comprehensive, online learning platform.
Live-guided, interactive learning sessions and assessments are conducted via Zoom.
A wealth of latest information, resources and materials are available to inspire and
empower the participants.

Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace
Programme
The programme aims to help you develop a positive mental health and wellbeing culture within your organisation by
integrating existing resources with new learnings and identifying ‘next steps’ for implementing a wellbeing strategy.
Leaders and employees at all levels will be empowered by the ALL-STAFF approach to mental health and wellbeing.
Prior to starting any courses we will enquire about your organisation’s priorities, challenges and plans going forward.

of positive experiences and to identify and choose strategies for cultivating positive
emotions to enhance your wellbeing and mental health.
 Rethinking Stress for Positive Change – this course aims to help you break the hold that
stress has on your life. By learning to respond to stress with your strengths and using
stress to fuel positive change, you can become happier, healthier, and more productive.
 Gratitude as a Path to Happiness – this course aims to help you understand the science
and benefits of gratitude and build a gratitude practice to enhance your wellbeing and
relationships and bring gratitude into the workplace.
