(https://www.dassaultfalcon.com/en/MediaCenter/Newsd/Pages/PR_2022/Dassault-Aviation-Introduces-A-New-Concept-For-Personal-Space--The-Falcon-Privacy-Suite.aspx )

 Collaboration between Dassault’s in-house Falcon Design Studio and the Dassault Aviation Engineering Department
 The seat itself is 22 inches wide in the Falcon 8X and 24 inches wide in the 6X. It is electrically operated and reclines to a full flat position to create a comfortable
80-inch (2.03 m) long bed.

1st Review 11.11.2022

 In regular sitting-up mode, the

seat is pretty ordinary.

recline and use the ottoman to
support their feet.

2.2 Benchmarking Rockwell Collins bed (For Bombardier)
1st Review 11.11.2022

 The side panel converts into an

extra seat for the unit.
 It’s a nice, upright sort of seat,
perfectly suited to dining or
working at the pull-out table.

2.2 Benchmarking Rockwell Collins bed (For Bombardier)
1st Review 11.11.2022

 For sleeping, a full single mattress

pulls out from the side of the unit to
create a proper rectangular bed.
 It’s a real mattress and is rolled
cleverly into the sidewall when not in
use.
 When extended, it attaches on the
aisle side of the pod to create a
comfortable, proper bed.

5.2 Necessary investments needed for series production
1st Review 11.11.2022

A site to establish manual assembly line

Acquiring any pre existing assembly line or establishing a new factory which meets our needs.
Since our customer base isn’t extensive and limited to exclusive individuals, a manual assembly line is preferred to give the exquisite hand built
experience to the customers.
Lesser automation also enable us to perform customisations on the go without major changes to the workflow.

Worker skill training

Provide appropriate trainings to the new or current workforce to achieve the required quality measures

Fastening tools
For example torque wrenches, screw drivers, automatic drill guns etc

Foam shaping tools

Example – Buffing tools, Hot wire cutting tools etc
