We feel anxious and afraid when we have to
commit ourselves. But deep down we feel proud
and happy.

We want to be free and use the freedom in


committing ourselves to an important cause.

Reason
Every time we commit to something, there are precious
values that lives deep within us and gives us a sense of joy
and fulfillment.
Freedom
Our desire to make full use of our inner power of
choosing and of making good decision, especially
in important life-issues.

Example: I am free to choose my actions. I will stop spending


money on things that are less important like a daily fancy coffee,
buying signature clothes or expensive gadgets.
Self-Worth
Our strong conviction that we are of great worth
and deserve the respect and support of other. This
value leads to Self-confidence.

Example: I am unique person, different from others. I want to be


respected and treated well because I am valuable.
Reason
Our conviction that we posses that God-given
power to think and reason must use it to grow
more fully. This value is closely related with
Study or Education.
Example: Studying may be very hard especially during this time of
pandemic but I will exert all the necessary efforts so I can finish
my studies.

forgiveness when you offend them.

over the pros and cons of the decision you must
