EDUCATION VOCABULARY

INTRODUCTION
What introduction is the best?
Why?
• University study is considered to be a vital
cornerstone of any people in their quest for
knowledge and preparation for future careers.
These days, there has been a topic of debate
over whether students are allowed to choose
a major for themselves. This essay will analyze
both sides of the matter and then a
reasonable conclusion will be drawn
Although it is not necessarily true that tertiary
education can bring students stable job and
income, it can lay a firm foundation for their
job prospects. Therefore, choosing the right
major can substantially affect the success of
their later career. In my view, the decision
regarding university study subjects must be
made by students themselves.
Important phrases to write
• People who are against this put forward the
following arguments
• However, those who are in favor of letting
students decide their major have reasons for
their arguments.

Academy. Read the letter.

I am very glad to see that you are coming to our academy in July. I am sure
you will all have a very enjoyable time and that you will learn a lot of English.
You can either stay all together in a youth hostel, or individually with local
families. Please tell me which you would prefer.
Tell me something about your group so that I can organize interesting spare

Please ask if you need any further information.
Yours sincerely,
