• Tea production has a negative impact on the environment. Tea plantations not only
result in the direct loss of habitat but can impact the wider environment. 
• Accordingly, the demand for tea is increasing day by day. Obviously, traditional tea
production does not meet this demand.
• Therefore, the chain of tea production consumes a lot of energies and materials to
achieve a higher yield of tea in cultivation and processing steps compared with
traditional tea cultivation and processing.

• Avinash Dugar is a tea expert and a former vice President of a Steel manufacturing
company in Saraikela Kharsawan, Jamshedpur, who quit his corporate career to start his
café.
• It is a Cosy tea lounge run by very specially abled people. The place has magnificient
décor with soothing environment and best place to eat, relax and chill with friends.
• They have an extensive food menu with a wide array of hot and cold beverages, snacks,
food and desserts.

mainly staffed with cooks and waiters who are hearing and speech impaired.
