NIKEL (ITN)
PT Indo Tambang Nickel (ITN) is aiming to become a holding company in
mining sector with integrated system from up to downstream that
manages its business units in nickel ore mining by having several
subsidiaries under its entity

ITN was established since January 2021, and started to acquire the
shares of its first subsidiaries PT. Berlian Hitam Sejahtera, a company
that has IUP OP for Nickel in Mamosalato, Sulawesi and continuously
acquiring several mining supporting companies.

PT Berlian Hitam Sejahtera (BHS)
(BHS) was
established in 2007 and on 2009 the
government has approved their IUP
Exploration (Mining Business Permit) for
the area of 3,343 Ha located in the
Mamosalato , Morowali, Central Sulawesi
Province.

Furthermore, on January 25, 2021, when

ITN officially acquired BHS, they already
obtained the Production Operation IUP

PT Intam Jasa Tambang (IJT) was
established to focus in the business of
providing mining services (contractors)

Operated by the experienced and

knowledgeable people to serve the needs of
our group or other mines located mostly in
Central Sulawesi and surroundings.

TAMBANG (IBT) 03
PT Indo Berkah Tambang (IBT) was established
in Palu on January 2021 is founded to focus in the
business of Mineral mining products trading
mostly for nickel ore of our group or from the other
Mines. IBT strives to be a competitive and
qualified trading Company through its great
management system.

PT Indo Jasa Bongkar Muat (IJBM)

was founded on March 2021 at Palu,
Central Sulawesi for providing the best
loading and unloading services and
labor services (PBM) for mining
products at ports or special terminals
of our group and others.
05 PT PELABUHAN INDO
TAMBANG (PIT)
PT Pelabuhan Indo Tambang (PIT) was
established on February 2021, in Palu, Central
Sulawesi. PIT was founded to provide services
for port facilities or special terminals (Tersus) to
support the shipping of nickel ore both from the
group and other nearby mines. Supported by
experts who are experienced in the Port sector,
PIT is prepared to develop the best, competitive
and competent Port Business Entity in the future.

06 LOGISTICS (ITL)
PT Intam Trans Logistik was established in Palu
City on March 2021 by the proficient who are
capable in doing the shipping and logistics
business to present the outstanding
transportation services for mining products from
the port or special terminal (Tersus) of loading to
the loading port using barge from our mines or
others

Regional Geology
Based on regional geological map of Batui - Sulawesi with
scale 1: 250.000 (T.O. Simandjuntak, dkk; 1993), PT
Berlian Hitam Sejahtera IUP’s is on Ultramafick
Complex (Ku), Tolaka Formation (TRjt), Aluvium (Qa).
Ultramafic Complex (Ku) is composed of harzburgite,
dunite, diorite, serpentinite, gabbro and basalt,. Tolaka
Formation (TRjt) is composed of Limeston, marl with
shale interaction, shale, and sandstone. Aluvium (Qa) is
composed of muds, sand, and cobbles. The Ultramafic
Complex (Ku) covers 3114.5 Ha (93%) of IUP area.
