INTRODUCING VODAFONE
BLACK AT AN EXCLUSIVE
VIP EVENT.

The ask to the agency is to introduce Vodafone Black at an


exclusive VIP event and drive sign-ups (lead generation) from
those special invitees there and then.
It is our understanding that Black will only be available for sign-up at
the event, and hence it is highly exclusive.
The chance to sign-up is available to all at the event but it is not free,
however it does come with a number of unique benefits.

ways in with the campaign
but decided to go back to
the drawing board…
New Creative Proposal
With only a limited number of people that
will have access to Venta Black - 300 to be
exact – the campaign and its launch should
be more than just a visual.
It should go live as a super-personalized,
hyper-experiential connection to each person at
every touch point.
Venta Black was designed with VIPs at its soul.
It's not a product offering.
It’s a lifestyle.
It’s an upgrade.
It’s the one thing you didn’t know you needed.

It’s an offering that you will get to experience
from the very first moment YOU arrive
at the event
1 SMART SMS

As guests arrive at the event, they


will receive a personalised smart
SMS that introduces them to
Venta Black, with a clickthrough
to the website for sign ups and
additional information.
2 MEMBERSHIP CARD

Our membership card design will be


created similarly to the reference on the
right, but using premium paper stock and
our Venta Black design language, to
elevate its look and feel. When pulling the
sleeve out, the text on the outer sleeve will
alternate between the English and Arabic
logos, revealing a final design with the
words "Just For You" printed inside.
Finally, the guest will be able to pull out
their Venta Black membership card
enclosed inside.
2 MEMBERSHIP CARD

Our membership card design will be

3.1 EVENT WALLS

Whilst the guests are walking around


the event, they will notice different
messages
on the walls (Shield, Global, Personal
etc.), along with
a QR code. Once scanned, they
will see a video of the specific
product, showcasing the features
and benefits of the product.

4 INTRO SCREEN

At the start of the event, there will be a


looped animation of the Venta Black
logo morphing from English to Arabic
and back again.
5 SPEECH SCREEN

Whilst the CEO is giving his speech,


an animatic that briefly highlights
Venta Black, the key features and who
it’s made for will play on the screen
behind him.
Every person at the events’ name will
appear on the screen.
6 TESLA DRIVE

In the weeks after the event, each guest


will be driven in branded Venta Black
Teslas. In each Tesla, there will be a
personalized gift and letter for each guest,
thanking them specifically for attending
the event and welcoming them to the Venta
Black Family.
7 SIM CARD DELIVERY

Once they have signed up, we will


hand deliver their bespoke sim cards
to them.
8 SIGN-UP REMINDER

Enjoy the one-time-only offering of Venta Black. Gain access to


advanced security, unlimited calls, 60GB data per month, access
to Netflix, Amazon Prime and so much more. All of this, just for
you.

If they have not yet signed up for Venta


Black, we can target a personalized
post for them on
their social platforms reminding
them of this one-time-only offering.
9 IN-COUNTRY VALUE

After the sign-up drive, we will target


the guests with our Give Back with
Black program.
A program launched to fund up-and-
coming local talents and heroes. By
signing up to our program, each guest
will have the opportunity to give back
and lift
up their own community, in a true
Together We Can initiative.
