What is pregnancy?

Pregnancy is the
process from
fertilization to birth.
This process starts
from an egg that is
fertilized by sperm,
then implants in the
lining of the uterus,
and then becomes a
fetus.
Pregnancy is divided into three trimesters:

First trimester (zero to thirteen weeks)


Second trimester (fourteen to twenty-
six weeks)
Third trimester (twenty-seven to forty
weeks)

Nausea and vomiting (morning sickness)
Breast pain
Stomach cramps
Flatulence
Be more emotional
Blood spotting from the vagina (implantation
bleeding)

Anamnesis is a directed question addressed to pregnant women,


to find out the condition of the mother and the risk factors she
has.

•PURPOSE

to determine the risks associated with pregnant women


Things that need to be taken into account in pregnant
women

• Identify the information needed to determine a particular risk based


on sociodemographic characteristics
• Past and present medical history
• Use of medical drugs
• Family history
• Reproduction
• Personal care, lifestyle, and safety
• psychosocial
• culture
• Environment
that needs to be done to the mother pregnant to find out the physical and
psychological condition of the mother

women is carried out on pregnant women to
identify health pregnant women and fetuses.
2.Indication Performed on pregnant women from
trimester I to trimester III.
3.Purpose To find out the health of pregnant women
and fetuses
