• Following six articles will be used for preparing our assignment paper under the Case Study Conifer

Corp.:
Team Dynamics for the largest manufacturing Industries
The Teams in the workplace determine the work performance and productivity of the company. The study carried by Carter et al. (2019)
provides a theoretical review of 398 studies on how team structure, team design, and the relationship between each member can impact the
works and leadership decisions in the manufacturing, service, or advanced technology industry. I can use this article to understand the
reasons behind the failure of team planning in Conifer Corp and provide them solutions for addressing the team dynamics issues.
• Working motivation among employees in the manufacturing industry
In the case study given under Conifer Corp., there is a lack of motivation among employees to work as per the needs of the company without
exploiting its available resources. The supervisors aren’t motivated enough to perform their duties and the organization lacks a proper
understanding of what are the needs for motivating them. I have included a research article based on a study of motivation and learning
factors among workers in the Malaysian Manufacturing Industry done by Mat et al. (2017) for both skilled and unskilled workers separately.
This would help me to list tasks for adding motivating factors in the given case study for changing workplace performance and employees'
behaviors.
• Relationship between supervisor and team in the industry
The supervisor and subordinate staff must work together to accomplish the organizational goals. Any gap in terms of skills orientation,
guidance, mentoring, and communication can affect the working system. Along with the theoretical knowledge developed from studying
organizational behavior, I have included investigative research carried by Griffin et al.( 2001) among 4708 employees in 48 manufacturing
companies. The study was focused on finding how supervisors can impact teamwork and their job satisfaction status in manufacturing
companies. I would use this study to analyze the role of supervisors in decreasing work productivity, cost-effectiveness, and lower employee
engagement for Conifer Corp.
Impact of unwanted work pressure among employees
The workplace must be supportive and friendly as per healthy work standards for increasing work satisfaction and productive outcomes. The
unnecessary work pressure and inappropriate working conditions can directly impact the employee working capacity and increase fatigue,
especially in industries where the workers are doing similar repetitive tasks(Macdonald, 2003). The overtime added by the company in the
case study might have increased the physical stress and anxiety among workers because of which the ability to monitor and manage the
workers by supervisors have affected. I can use this article to explore on how the senior management is also responsible for adding
unnecessary working difficulty and low productivity in their company.
