• Fixing agendas to be discussed and holding Town Development Committees meetings over
those agendas.
• Facilitating meetings with user committees.
• Co-ordinating with user’s committee to choose the most suitable option among the concept
plans and provide suggestions to consultants for preparing readjustment plan.
• Formation of Land Management Sub-Committee.
• Rate fixation for reselling of plots.
• Checking up on the project’s progress on regular basis.

• For smooth functioning of the land-pooling project.


• To resolve problems faced during project implementation swiftly and
efficiently.
• To prevent any situation which could end up derailing the project.
• Complimenting each other’s knowledge and skills.
WAYS OF CO-OPERATION

• Helping fix agendas for land-pooling meetings.


• Providing technical assistance to municipality.
• Co-ordinating with municipality to ease difficult situations.
• Lobbying to other authorities to get required approvals.

PROJECT
• Rate fixation of the plots

• Smoother approval process for the concept and readjustment plan
ISSUES FACED – DIVYASHWORI
LANDPOOLING PROJECT

• Dispute arose due to disagreement between KVDA and Municipality; latter


of which demanded the project to be handed over to Municipality for selling
of the sales plot.
• This dispute has delayed the expected completion of the project since 2077.
• Due to this issue the project is still under the debt of KVDA.
