 The employees are responsible and accountable to

• Safety Incident Observation
⎻ Safety APP
 Logging, updating and route cause analysis of the
SIOs.

⎻ Credit 360
 Raising & tracking and route cause analysis of
critical SIOs.( precursors).

• Safety dynamic KPI tracking


⎻ Total recordable injuries (TRI)
 These includes all fatalities, lost time injuries, cases
restricted for work, cases of substitute work due to
injury, and medical treatment cases by medical
professionals TRI does not include any first aid
injury.

• Safety dynamic KPI tracking.
⎻ Medical Treatment injuries (MTI)
 Workplace injury leaving an employee unfit for and
absent from work

⎻ Lost Time Injury (LTI)


 Workplace injury requiring treatment by a medical
professional.

⎻ Modified duty injury (MDI)


 Is an offer for a temporary work assignment made
to a worker who is recovering from an illness or
injury and who has received clearance from a
physician to return to work under specific
limitations.

• Safety dynamic KPI tracking.
⎻ First aid Injuries
 Refers to medical attention that is usually
administered immediately after the injury occurs
and at the location where it occurred.

• Safety culture survey


⎻ Employee feedback
 All employees can participate in the safety culture
survey to identify all possible safety risks and
incidences, give possible suggestions on how to
mitigate and close the pending gaps in order to
achieve a safe working environment with zero
injuries.
