LEGISLATIONS AGAINST CYBERBULLYING:
“Where There Is Crime. There Is Law…..”
Law Article Of Pakistan:
Prevention Of Electronic Crime Act 2016:
“Whoever with dishonest intention gains unauthorized access to
any information system or data, shall be punished with imprisonment
for a term which may extend to 3 months or,with fine which may extend
to fifty thousand rupees or with both”
(Chapter 2, clause 3)
LEGISLATIONS AGAINST CYBERBULLYING:
The act provides penalties for:
➔ Unauthorised or non sensual transmission
of private data

2. Followed by the Investigation into the matter
