value of product or service, including knowledge workers,
employees, management and customer.

( and flow of
activities help the marketers to satisfy the consumer in a better
way.

3) Physical Evidence
Physical evidence deal with sensory experience of a product
or service that allow a customer to measure whether he or
she received value.
For example if you go to five star hotel , you will sense the
difference in 5 star and in common hotel and payments will
be according to that.
