Important Points
Do not mix up your exam timing and date.
Check your routine carefully
All candidates must collect ADMIT CARD from
the department on 13th January 2023
Duration of Exam : 3 hours
Exam time : 10:00AM – 01:00 PM
All students must reached before 9:30 a.m.

I. ADMIT CARD
Do not forget to bring Admit card on the day of your
exam. Students must produce his/her admit card in
the exam hall before writing the exam
Duplicate Admit Card will be issued to students who
forget to bring original copies on the day of exams by
imposing a fine of Rs. 50/-
A lot of students used to forget their admission card
because of the change in their bags.
Read the instructions at the backside of your admit
card carefully 7
II. Don`t be late
Must take your seat 15 mins before the
commencement of Exam.
Candidate will not be allow to enter the exam
hall 30mins. after the start of exam.
No candidates will be allowed to leave the
exam hall within 1hr of the commencement of
examination.
Candidates are not allowed to leave the exam
Hall without signing in attendance sheet. 8
III. Be alert and don’t panic
All students should check his/her department
WhatsApp group regularly to avoid missing
important information.
Room allotment will be notified in the notice
board (The soft copy will be circulated in students
WhatsApp group as well)
Seating Plan will be displayed near the entrance
of each examination Hall
All candidates must occupy their allotted seat 9

carefully
before writing

V. Filling up of particulars
Candidates must write his/her university
roll number (not department roll number)
while filling particulars in the exam
answer booklet.
For those who still do not have
registration number – A/F (applied for)
may be written.

VI. Be honest
No candidate is allowed to carry mobile
phones, smartwatch, tablets or any other
electronic devices and hand written materials
inside the examination Hall
Any candidate having any of these prohibited
materials in his/her possession shall be liable
to be expelled, disqualified for sitting in the
examination and his/her examination
cancelled 12
VI. Be honest
Use of calculator is not allowed unless
it is specifically instructed in the
question paper
Do not share your writing materials-
Pen, pencil etc. with your friends
during examination

X. Writing your answer
It is a misconception that a candidate who has
used a number of extra sheets score more
marks.
Always try to write in natural hand-writing
size with appropriate spacing.
Please avoid using large font size with large
spacing- Most examiner don’t like it!!
