Add people
To check status : Click on “ Check ticket
status”

Again to create a new ticket,
click on “ New support ticket”
NOTE:
• 1) SCREENSHOTS or ATTACHMENTS only to be provided for ERRORS.

• 2) For any other details, Pls type in TEXT mode & share :
• Example:
• Order ID.
• Consignment ID.
• Customer contact number update.
• Store manager account details for refund purpose .
• Customer email id should not be added while raising the ticket .
