 THE PASSION FOR LEARNING

 The history of the School is very rich. At the very beginning in 1913 roku Jan Przybył
and the residents of the village Proszenie created school which consisted of two
parts.
 In 1966 in help of local community there was created a brand new building.
 In 2004 the Folk Group of Song and Dance called ,,Proszeniacy” was made and
in 11th of June 2006 the school was named in honour of the  Mira i Tadeusz
Sygietyńscy. 
 Coming years were less calm than we think because the demographic decline caused
some problems with the students. In September 2015 the mayor of Wolbórz Andrzej
Jaros introduced useful ideas how to help and maintain school. And this is how the
Association of Primary School in Proszenie was created . And now we can follow the
great development of it.

 The Group „Proszeniacy”

The Folk Group of Song and Dance ,,Proszeniacy” was created in 2004 in
Proszenie and it is still active today. It associates not only children from our
school but also from the whole local community. Children perfrom in front of
the audience from all over the world and take part in many dance competitions.
