diseases
Depression
• Depression is a common
condition among young people.
Experts say that pressing dealines
and stress are the main causes of
anxiety, panic attacks and
depression. They can even lead
to cardiovascular diseases or
heart attacks.
Myopia or Hypermetropia
• Among the diseases of the 21st century
are myopia or hypermetropia. These are
caused by standing in front of a monitor
for hours. Specialists say that although
the monitors have all kinds of filters that
do not affect the eye, the lack of short
breaks at an interval of one hour are the
cause of the appearance of these
conditions.
Hearing loss
• Hearing problems occur due to long-term
use of ear-plugs at high volume. It is
recommended to limit the use of these
devices to a maximum of one hour per
day. Moreover, reducing the volume at
which music is listened to is another
measure to prevent the occurrence of
serious hearing problems.
Blood clots
• The formation of blood clots , especially in the
leg area, is a condition caused by sedentary
lifestyle and obesity. According to experts, the
condition is manifested by the appearance of
joint pains, which appear when we want to
stand up. Exercise is recommended even when
work does not involve it. A ten-minute walk
around the office seems to be the ideal solution
to prevent clots.
