Aziz Khan has a cafeteria that he owns which he operates

at Numl Lahore University which is located at Aiwan-e-

Lahore in 2011-12 and at that time he had a small setup, to begin
with.

Aziz Khan tells us that his first and foremost attempt was to
have fresh items, of better quality to give to his customers
because if you keep good quality then customers will come
without any hesitation and ethics is also important during

My best effort has been to sell whatever item I am selling to my

customer at cheap rates.
French fries are still one of our best-selling items yesterday and
today because we have kept the price of this item low which we
earn 5 to 10 Rs. from every customer.

is struggling, so how did it affect your business?

Yes, Covid-19 was quite a difficult time for me and for my

cafeteria business because of this, every business was almost
stopped.
Most of the time during Covid-19 I was in my village and I was
farming there because the profession of people in my village
was farming

Before doing business at Numl University Lahore,

I did not do any kind of business anywhere, I only
used to study back then.

According to Aziz Khan that why he started his business in this

institution because Numl Lahore University is a very good
institution from his perspective also this University operates
under Army and he has a lot of respect for the army.

In-Sha-Allah, my cafeteria in that new campus in Lahore will be

double the previous cafeteria and there I will also be
introducing new food items because I will have more space
there than here.

The current items which I am selling right now in my cafeteria

are French Fries, Sandwiches, Some Bakery items, Burgers-
Rolls-Samosay, etc.
The most profitable item in my cafeteria is the French Fries.
In my view Biscuits, Cakes, etc are the items which do not give
me much profit, I save a rupee or two on them due to some
conditions I have to keep these items in my cafeteria.

your business it could be low sales, lack of experience, employee
rude behaviour or could yours in dealing with customers can make
