Executive Summary:

Delicious siomai will offer a product that is different from other existing food outlet in terms of quality
cleanliness, unique taste, affordable, and healthy on the go snack that aims to satisfy the graving . of
individual.

The good of our business is we can invite some individuals to be part of our growing community i just
only invited of my friends to get a fat franchise a bicycle food cart of mr. siomai if you are the member
of this community every product that you buy on that franchise you have a 10% discount. The franchise
that i avail is the bicycle food cart franchise all of the things that you need to use is already there the
only thing that you need is to operate it.

II. Introduction

 Purpose
The purpose of this business of course to have an income that can support my family needs and
of course to have savings for my college so that i can be independent.
To produce a delicious and unique snack that they really won't regret it when they tasted and to
introduce a growing organization of mr siomai Atbp.

 Problem
The problem of my business is the competitors the robbing my customers who should buy
my product. And the other problem is the weather when it rains very few buyers because
they are afraid to getting wet in the rain.

 The solution of the problem of my business is to give discount those individuals who always buy
my product. And when it's rainy i will move to a shelter where there are definitely buyers who
also take shelter so that they don't go out and so that they don't wet by the rain.
