MISSION AND VISION OF THE CLUB
• HR CLUB’s mission will be to assist students in developing interpersonal skills that are necessary in the
corporate sector.

• Motivate students to network with people who operate in the field of human resources. This club will
be for the students who want to learn more about human resources and what HR professionals do.

• The Human Resources Department recruits, develops, and retains a high-performing and diverse
workforce, as well as fosters a healthy, safe, and productive work environment for employees, through
strategic partnerships and collaboration. The club will host events throughout the year to allow students
to learn about the newest developments in the field of human resources.

• Seminars, conferences, debates, quizzes, games, and exercises will be held on a regular basis to improve
the necessary and vital abilities needed to be a successful HR professional in the corporate world.

• The club will be encouraging students to participate actively in each and every event. HR students will
be in charge of planning the events.

• This will aid in the development of students' ability to properly plan and organise activities. Club events
will be held on a regular basis to create team spirit and to put HR concepts into practise.
