more. If the company’s earning
means their earning, they will be
motivated for a very long time

This particular study shows that monetary
incentive and job enrichment have a
significant positive effect on performance
(Abdi et al., 2017).
On the other hand, training has a strong
negative correlation with performance. Lack
of recognition and feedback deters some
employees from getting highly motivated.
This study comes with a lot of suggestions
too (Abdi et al., 2017).
Motivating Through Guidance and Encouragement
of Employees to Build Career.
Proper guidance always
leads us to success. So,
guiding employees to career
development is a way to
motivate. Recognition and
feedback eases them to
climb up (Cheraisi et al.,
2018)!
A Case Study of Public Universities in Nakuru County,
Kenya on Effect of Motivational Strategies on
Organization Performance
This particular study shows that their
motivation strategies has moderate
effect on decision making and
customer satisfaction but weak effects
on service quality. (Cheraisi et al.,
2018).
Dry motivation has low effect on
employee performance. This study
also shows the importance of positive
mindset (Cheraisi et al., 2018)!

Conclusion: Using monetary and non-monetary


incentive ways at the same time may results in
