errors without waiting for them to occur in order
to be able to sanction them.

Situation/Example
* Regularly updates of teachers designation
through grade level coordinators and subject
coordinators.
 / 2. Does not impose, but who respects the
specificity of the school and is willing to listen.

Situation/Example
* Actively listening to teachers, especially
during Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session
and make sure everyone’s opinion has been
acknowledged before giving response.
/ 3. Knows how to guide, with human relations
and empathy.

Situation/example
* Assists in providing solutions to the
privileges encountered by the teachers relevant
to schools concern and maintain good
relationships with them.
/ 4. Concentrates on the daily school processes in
a systematic and integrated way.

 Situation/example
 * Informing teachers for the supervision of
classrooms and grounds including the daily routines
and reports.
/ 5. Develops support networks.

Situation/example
* Motivates teachers to engage themselves in
the community specifically with the
stakeholders.
 / 6. Takes into account the know-how of the
teacher and stimulates his/ her professional
development.

 Situation/example
 * Updates himself with the development taken of his
teachers and makes sure to ask each one of their
endeavors particularly in their career growth and
empowering them to participate in different
trainings/seminars.
