PURPOSE:- This policy and procedure sets out the measures that the Organization has in place
to support its objectives in relation to helper training and development, and the responsibilities that
helpers at all levels have to ensure that the Organization develops a strong effective working
culture, lowest customer complaint and continuous development.

RESPONSIBILITY:- HOD – Production, HOD – QA & HOD – HR is responsible for

implementation of this procedure.

SCOPE:- This procedure will be applicable to all helpers of the company.

PROCEDURE:- Induction training for all new trainee helpers will be after the joining.
There will be 15 days class room training as well as on job training given to new trainee helpers.
(For Permanent knotters 45 mins class room training and evaluation)
On job training to all trainee helpers with the help of trained helpers & QC staff members.
Training will be given by original module(D/S, Pajama, Daffle and B- lock etc) using by
production team.
After the completion of each training, Test is carried out of each helpers by given them sample
for knotting within the required time to identify the effectiveness. Effectiveness should be > 80% to
qualify the helper.
If helper qualifies, then he will be deployed inside the wing for working. Who do not qualifies,
will not allow or give some others works.
Refresher training to all those helpers will be imparted whose defect is found during PDI
Inspection and process Checking.

 Importance of Knotting

Discharge tube attached in bags so that Customer can easily discharge

the material kept inside the bags . But when customer fill product or
material inside the bags, there should no leakge required in bags. As huge
load occurs on discharge tube it needs proper knotting with right knotting
method.
If there is any loose knotting or improper knotting done in bags then whole
material will discharge automatically from bags.
