Objectives
• To study the perception of Financial Planning of Individual Employee
• To determine the pattern of their personal financial management.

• Objective: Effect of financial literacy on personal financial management practices
• Major findings: This research project focuses on employees of financial institutions in Kenya and the
effect of personal financial literacy on their personal financial management practices

• Objective: to study the influence of empowerment, employee engagement, and organizational
commitment on performance of the financial management staffs

• Major findings: empowerment, employee engagement and organizational commitment had a


positive direct effect on employee performance. Empowerment and employee engagement had a positive
direct effect on organizational commitment. Empowerment have a positive direct effect on employee
engagement.

• Objective: The influence of money attitude, financial practices, self-efficacy and emotion coping on

• Major findings: households merely borrow or use credit for pur-chasing in order to smoothen their
consumption. Less secure and vulnerable current, and retirement stages would be the result among public
employees in Malaysia due to high household debts

• Research designed which I will go to take for this study is Descriptive Research Design.
