Required:
1. Aurora Enables pilots to join primary frequency and communicate via voice or text.
2. OCMS Automated flight tracking

Settings - Range
Following settings need to be verified to ensure proper
coverage:
In PVD Settings (F7) Radar:
1. set PSR and SSR range to 1000nm
2. Close PVD settings.
3. Enable range rings (CTRL+R)
4. Verify centerpoint is at 5330N.

Radio
● Ensure that your VHF window is displaying the correct frequency.
● If no frequency is shown, disconnect, restart Aurora, and login
again.
● Double click white radar icon to reconnect voice channel

ATIS
Verify your ATIS is set as described:
Datalink in use / Clearance to be obtained NO
LATER than 30 Mins prior to Entry / Position reports
mandatory and to include: Last waypoint and time
crossed, FL, Mach, next waypoint and time,
waypoint thereafter/ For further Info please consult

setup as profile (while connected) for
future sessions.
