Presentar a nuestros clientes, un atractivo concepto del sitio

turístico conocido como Cancún, perteneciente al estado de
Quintana Roo,uno de los estados de la Republica Mexicana que
pertenece al mar Caribe,con playas azul turquesa y arenas blancas,
se ha posicionado como uno de los mejores destinos a nivel
mundial.
Objective of the project.

Presenting to our clients an attractive concept of the tourist site known

as Cancun, belonging to the state of Quintana Roo, one of the states
of the Mexican Republic that belongs to the Caribbean Sea, with
turquoise blue beaches and white sands, has positioned itself as one
of the best destinations worldwide.

 Hi! We are Julian and Daniel. We are Mexicans. We are friends.

J: My name is Julian Leon. I am twenty-four years old. I am a student of law. I am not married. I like
exciting trips and I usually travel with my best friends. My favorite place for holidays is any beach
because it’s hot. I like swimming and running, but I don’t like cycling.

D: My name is Daniel.

We are friends. We are from a big city in Mexico. It’s a cloudy, cold place. We don’t like cold places very much.

Well, we like water! We love swimming and scuba diving in our free time. For that reason, we bought a nice
house in Cancun. We transformed it into a small lodging house.

We work hard all the time for the happiness of our guests, friends and family. We want that they have a great
experience.
The room you rent is well equipped.

There is a bed very comfortable and a sofa in front of the window so

you can relax.

There is a desk and a chair so you can work.

There is a smart TV, a lamp and a wardrobe.

There is also a private bathroom for you, with a bath and a shower.

We have some guest services; for example, alarm call, wi-fi, fridge and
service laundry if you like.

Price for night and for person: $1,000.00 pesos. You can pay with
euros, dollars or a credit card.
Cancun. It’s in Quintana Roo, Quintana Roo is in Mexico. Cancun is a great place
for a weekend trip because there is a lot to see and do!

Summer is a great time for holidays here. The weather is hot and sunny. People go
to the beach. They cook and eat outside.

There are some shops, beaches, beautiful buildings and tourist attractions.

Cancun has great restaurants, fantastic bares and very good street food. You can
buy lots of great food from stalls in the street. Visitors to Cancun love it. It’s easy,
it’s fun and it isn’t expensive. Some sites are open 24 hours.

Are there any taxis? = Yes, there are.

Taxi drivers drives people to different
places.
Five decades ago, Cancún was a deserted island. The coast consisted of marshes, mangroves, virgin jungle and
unexplored beaches. Some maps called it “Kankun” which means “pot of snakes” or “nest of snakes” in Maya.
The Master Plan
The Cancún Project was approved in 1969. The initial objectives of the project were to open a road from Puerto
Juarez to the island, and build a provisional airstrip.
Items of the master plan:
1. Build a tourism zone without permanent residential areas, with hotel installations, shopping centers, golf
courses, and marinas.
2. Build a residential zone for permanent residents. In other words, an integral city.
3. Build an international airport to one side of the Cancún-Tulum highway.
● You can visit Cancun in Spring or Summer. Is there an airport in Cancun? = Yes, there is a Cancun
International Airport. Buy your tickets before your trip and your return.
● Talk to local people and learn some words in Spanish. Local people are friendly.
● The tourists and local people usually wear a dress or pair of shorts, don’t forget it!
● Visit the tourist attractions. There are always tour guides. Are there any taxis? = Yes, there are. Taxi drivers
drives people to different places.
● Walk in the beaches, they are great! You can take hundreds of photos with your phone.
● Try new food and traditions.
● Do you enjoy shopping? = don't worry, our lodging house is near the markets. You can pay with pesos,
euros, dollars or a credit card.
