Adverbs of frequency or adverb of time, we use it to express or describe
how often we perform an action. We use in sentences of the present
simple

EXAMPLE:
 This magazine is always published.
 I usually visit my brother in November.
 He rarely visits me.
 I’m never late for class.
 We sometimes go swimming at the weekend.
 My family often go for walks.

do something, these expressions can be placed at the beginning or at the
end of the sentence.
